Excellent Food and Cyrus, our Waiter was excellent. Made recommendations on all three courses plus desert. We had a cauliflower pasta that was off the chart fantastic. Watching the Chefs prepare the meals was very interesting. SOTO has a quality staff that made for a delightful and delicious dinner. Thank You SOTO
