We came from out of town. Stopped tonight for a glass of wine and a quick bite before “Finding Neverland”. Best Caesar sales ever and the grilled octopus was excellent. Told our bartender I had been there when it was La Normandy and upstairs was the Maisonette. Will took us for a quick tour of the former Maisonette now Boca. Snapped a photo of the lovely curtained corner table where I celebrated my 21st birthday. Thank you Will and friendly Soto bartender!
Great food and great service. I sat at the “kitchen area” and was so glad I did. I asked the chef for recommendations and was delighted the whole way. Maybe one of the best restaurants in Cincinnati
I’m in Cincinnati on a business trip and just happened upon this awesome basement bar and restaurant. Food is amazing and the service is impeccable. Cyrus was more than helpful and recommended a number of places to visit while in the city. We had the goat cheese and honey bruschetta (soooo yum), braised short rib, gnocchi and the ricotta donuts. Not a complaint to be had. Ambiance, food, service all on point. Loved it.
I had, quite possibly, the best meal (at least Italian meal that wasn’t cooked by my mother) I’ve ever had last night. Not only was the service wonderful, but the FOOD! The gnocchi was unlike any I’ve ever had before. The charcuterie board was fantastic and don’t even get me started on the ricotta donuts. I died and went to heaven. I wanted them for breakfast. I will DEFINITELY try to visit again!!
