The atmosphere is on point, even as it filled up and sitting by the bar, it was never too loud for easy conversation. We just celebrated my birthday at sotto for lunch! We had the most delicious lunch and our waiter Evan went above and beyond the usual . He helped me have a wonderful lunch observing my food allergies And making sure it was delicious. Thank you to the chefs for being so accommodating and creating such wonderful total experience!
We started with a wonderful Caesar salad with shredded and shaved parmigiana. My wife had the cappellacci w/ short rib, shallot, and thyme. While I had breaded pork loin w/ fried egg, caper, and lemon. Both were done beautifully. The meal was topped off with their delicious donuts with dipping sauces. Our server, Hope, was outstanding! We were on a business trip and when someone recommended Italian, I was on the boarder line of eh wasn’t feeling Italian. But oh boy the down in the basement vibe, the music and the people made it all the better. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and polite. She asked the right questions and basically ordered our meals. Everything she brought out from appetizer to our main course were excellent. Our cocktails gave the entire experience all and all amazing. If your are in town I would recommend to stop by.
