Sotos Lawn Service is a professional, reliable, and courteous company. They began the job and subsequently encountered inclement weather; they finished promptly once the storm had passed and it was safe to continue for the employees. I would recommend them for all your lawn service needs.
Made big indentations In my back and side yard from there mowers. They will not fix says it is fungus. Employees are terrible blew paper off my door. They don't stand behind da.age they cause.Terrible service and company.
Soto's Lawn Care was hired to trim the Mangroves in our condominium complex. Today there were several of his employees just dropped off to do the work. Several of the employees took their break, sleeping and playing on devices laying on the lawn in our backyard on our property. This is not acceptable to us. It is an invasion of privacy. We talked to Mr. Soto when he showed up later. We wanted to request that this not happen in the future. Mr. Soto was so arrogant and nasty with his response to us. We did apologize to this lady, we are sorry that she felt this was an invasion of her privacy., We have been trimming the mangroves for this condo association twice a year for over 10 years without a complaint. All crews have a truck and aren't just dropped off at a location. These men work hard out in the heat and sun and when it comes lunchtime, they try to find some shade to rest in and eat their lunches. It is more practical for them to not leave the job site, so they are better able to complete the work in a timely mann... read more
