Super happy with my costumer service here at Sotos ....Had a great sales person Alondra to help me with all my needs and the whole team was great very friendly!!!
I thought the customer service was absolutely excellent. While waiting for clerk to go get other items, other sales clerk's stopped to see if we needed any assistance.
Amazing experience! I was looking for a quinceañera pendant with necklace and Dania helped me find exactly what I wanted in time. She was extremely helpful and able to send me pictures when I called ahead of time, making the in person shopping experience easier. I will definitely be returning!
