I can’t say enough good things about this clinic and their OIT program. Being in healthcare for 12 years I have high standards and this place exceeds them all. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, the nurses are efficient and knowledgeable, and Dr Sotomayor listens and really takes the time to understand the issues you are having and tries to resolves them, putting the patient first. I cannot recommend this allergist and asthma practice enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The staff is incredibly welcoming and professional, making sure you feel heard and supported throughout your visit. The allergist is exceptionally knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain my condition, the treatment options available, and any questions I had. I took my daughter to this office for over 3 years. We had so many issues but to keep this short I will only list the 3 worst. My child was put weekly injection and would frequently have moderate reactions to theses injections the following days to come. The worst reaction was when her arm swelled up to 2X1, its normal size. As a concerned parent I called in the office to let them know I received a phone call back 4 days later. Due to these reactions they put her on steroids to combat the reactions.
