I purchased two tires in January. One of the tires is defective. This guys is trying to tell me I hit a pothole. It is clear that the tire is poorly made. NOT his fault, but when I bought it he failed to mention it is a shit tire. And his response is basically "Sorry, I'm NOT going to do anything about it."
