Javier is fantastic! He called to let me know he was on the way, told me what time he would arrive, and made it promptly at the time he was scheduled to be here! He and his co-worker were very polite. They had shoe coverings to protect our floors. They worked very efficiently and thoroughly. We will absolutely continue our contract with Soto HVAC!

Today, Xavier came to perform our 6-month maintenance for 3 units that we purchased from Soto. He arrived on time, was very courteous and efficient. Explained what he checked and the results of the examination. Very good experience, definitely recommend.
