We had such a great experience with Soto. They were fair, honest, and dependable. Office staff were friendly and helpful. They provide updates on arrival of technicians via text. Our technician, Mauricio, was FABULOUS. He spent a lot of time servicing both of our units and then patiently took the time to explain what he did and what needed to be done to get the units in better working order. He returned to do repairs and got us in shape quickly. I highly recommend this company!
We called Soto whose staff discovered that the HVAC in our newly built house was not done correctly. Although the situation was extremely frustrating, dealing with Soto's staff was excellent. They explained the problem throughly and quickly scheduled us to make the necessary changes. Their communication is excellent; via text for appointment reminders, and an email giving a detailed summary of the work done.
