My bathroom faucet AND the hot water supply valve started leaking at the same time. When Ben arrived and I told them the problem, he got right to work evaluating the situation and determining the parts he would need to buy to fix them both. After he made a supply run and installed the new parts, he disassembled the faulty parts and showed me exactly why they leaked. I called Sothern Plumbing for a second opinion after receiving an outrageous quote from another company (part of which was to install a clean-out access point to the main sewer line). What Sothern told me was that a lot of the work that the original company was proposing was not necessary. I’ve had Sothern Plumbing do several jobs the last couple years. They are terrific! Great employees who really care about their work. My refrigerator was leaking from the water valve, when I called, Angela talked me through a couple of things to try to stop the leak on my own… I love that! Sothern Plumbing will always be my plumber.. dependable, fast to respond, honest and very reasonable. Feels good knowing you have a plumber you can trust. 5 stars! I recommend them!

From scheduling my appointment to the finished job, I am a very happy customer! Ben came out today to fix a multitude of plumbing issues and did a fantastic job! He was extremely quick, efficient and fixed/addressed all of the issues surrounding our two bathrooms. I would highly recommend Southern Plumbing. Will use them again!

I had the BEST experience with a recent plumbing issue. The scheduling was easy and the receptionist was kind and helpful. The technician was professional and went above and beyond to figure out our issue, give me several options to fix it quickly, and even came in early before I had to be at work. Highly recommend for excellent, capable professionals and for very refreshing customer service!
