I had the BEST experience with a recent plumbing issue. The scheduling was easy and the receptionist was kind and helpful. The technician was professional and went above and beyond to figure out our issue, give me several options to fix it quickly, and even came in early before I had to be at work. Highly recommend for excellent, capable professionals and for very refreshing customer service!
I had a good experience scheduling the initial consultation and also during the visit. The technician took off his shoes as to not let mud on the floor and cleaned after himself. He was able to find the problem after about 45 minutes of inspection, which he was unable to fix because I needed a tub repair person. Wrapping up took about 15 to 20 minutes. I will recommend Sotherton Plumbing to everyone who needs a plumber. Thank you Sothern, from the kind receptionist answering all my questions and scheduling us in a timely manner to Benjamin arriving earlier than expected and getting our sewer pipe flowing again within an hour, for making my first time needing a plumber such a pleasant and safe experience. I felt heard and understood. My concerns were validated and addressed. Everything was explained clearly and all my questions were answered throughly.
Got me in two days ahead of schedule showed up and stayed 2 hours past quitting time to get our drains flowing again. Reasonable rates, and stellar service. Could not recommend more.
