On Tuesday, March 19, 2024 I called Dr. Sotherland‘s office. I was in some pretty intense pain and I asked if it would be possible to be seen before Friday. I talked to Becky and told her more about my problem. She was concerned and offered her advice. Just a few minutes later she called back to tell me that she had conferred with Dr. Sotherland and made an appointment for me early Wednesday morning. Absolutely wonderful people! I will be 29 this year and I have NEVER had a good experience at the dentist. I have spent my adult life only going in when it was an emergency and I was always chastised for not seeing a dentist regularly. Instead of belittling me, Dr. Sotherland and his staff were very friendly and helpful. I've already scheduled my new patient appointment and look forward to having a regular dentist, even though I live on the opposite side of the state. Thank you all, so very much!
