Very disappointed in my experience with “T.L”who was representing the seller. As the buyer, I paid over $500.00 to have the home inspection done, and when it came to signing the amendment form, my realtor was unable to contact him until late in the day. Once we made contact with him, he said his client would no longer sign the amendment form and if we wanted to make the deal happen, we would just have to “take his word for it”, that the repairs have been made.
