this wasn’t the worst company. They were kind. I worked here for a short period of time. Before getting my associates in nursing. Not a bad company just a little unorganized. They were extremely helpful to me. I’m very thankful. I have since then started my own AFC home.. And landed me a job at McLaren hospital things are going so great. At first this business was good, but in the end they don’t care about their clients needs. They have wrongfully terminated multiple workers with no reason and replacing them with workers that shouldn’t be out driving their clients. This certain client has a big attachment to their caregivers and have fired 2 of them with no actual reason. They have been with their client for 5-10 years and let them go even after their client has had such an attachment. They aren’t doing what’s best for their clients.
