Not only did they come out and give an outstanding bid, it was with grinding the stump which half the other contractors wouldn’t do. STC's crew did a pretty good job with the tree pruning/maintenance work but they could've done a much better job minimizing the impact of their work on our landscaping, which suffered significant damage. We fully recognize that some impact is difficult to avoid like large branches falling on plants but they could've been much more diligent and careful in removing such branches and preventing some damage and walking around certain plants (instead of stepping on them). Professional, thorough, respectful to my property and fair pricing. Great service from beginning to end. Highly recommend their services & we would use them again.
They missed their appointment this week for a downed tree, did not call to let us know they needed to reschedule, & did not return our call when we followed up. Seems they don't need the business very much so don't bother trying to arrange things with them unless you personally need to show a good faith effort with neighbors, etc.
