STC's crew did a pretty good job with the tree pruning/maintenance work but they could've done a much better job minimizing the impact of their work on our landscaping, which suffered significant damage. We fully recognize that some impact is difficult to avoid like large branches falling on plants but they could've been much more diligent and careful in removing such branches and preventing some damage and walking around certain plants (instead of stepping on them).
