I had stairs installed by Sota Ridge. Made a down payment. After 5-6 months passed With no results I finally went to their office. I finally got them to install the stairs. Less than a year later one post has a split down the side and the other post has a bad bow in it. I can’t get anyone to return my calls. The problem needs attention. Still no answer from Sota Ridge
Liz Hish was great to work with!!
I do not recommend this company, zero responsiveness, Multiple communication issues throughout the entire project (deck rebuild). They will not return my calls concerning some post screw covers that should be an easy fix. I also received a mechanics lien on my property as they did not pay their material cost (they did make that right) however, still added stress. Based off of my experience with SotaRidge I would stay away.
