I contacted Todd at Sota Plumbing to help me determine if I needed to replace my hot water heater. He definitely exceeded my expectations. He was efficient, thorough, knowledgable, and clearly presented me with options that gave me full confidence in his ability to do an outstanding job. But, he recommended I not replace it at this time. Yes, he really did! In my world, customer service, he is what we call a "WOW" and it doesn't get any better than that.
Todd was amazing! I texted him asking if he would unplug my garbage disposal. He got right back to me. He would have come that very same day, but it didn’t work for me due to my work. He came the next day and took care of my garbage disposal. I also asked him to replace my drain on the tub, he did that as well. Todd was awesome! He arrived when he said he would, went right to work, he was thorough and worked quickly and steady!! He cleaned up everything when he was done! His price was VERY affordable!!
