Worst customer service ever!!! Dealers they sell to as well do not stand behind product!! I have been waiting 4 months for an issue to be resolved and it’s still been ongoing! Would never buy from them!

Rims had a staining on them that would not come out. And company said that it was something I sprayed on them. Which I did NOT. There warranty is a joke. Had only 2 months on wheels and 1500 miles. Would NEVER buy from Sota again
RecommendedI love their products! I was really concerned about the offset on a particular wheel for my truck, but it fits perfectly!
I bought sota wheels through 4 wheel parts and will never buy sota wheels again the rear wheels are so tight on the hubs that almost every time I go in to have them rotated they break another cap trying to squeeze it in there. both myself and the manager at 4 wheel parts have contacted them about this and they wont warranty the wheels all they have done is sent a replacement cap to 4 wheel parts or say I can buy more caps online. they obviously know of this problem because they now make the same wheel in a bigger bore size b... read more
