Unfortuntly my office has a erible experiance with Soto sensors. The custumer support never returns your calls. It took us over 2 weeks to get a loaner that we had to pay for. So we spend 2 weeks unable to take any xrays to disgnose potential problems. The sensor broke after 2 years and 2 months and now I am forced to buy a completely new sensor. That is not exaptable.
RecommendedI have been using Claris i4D Intra oral camera, digital x-ray sensor with Cliosoft since 2014. The image quality is great and the software easy to use. Technical support has been excellent. I appreciate their support and availability to solve any problem specially with Windows updates. Special thanks to Christopher Wong and all technical support!

SOTA imaging has the Best Technical Support i've ever gotten, thank you Aaron. If you're looking for a dental x-ray sensor for your office I recommend CLIOSOFT Sensor and if you're looking for an intra-oral camera, I recommend their CLARIS INTRA-ORAL Camera. Its the best and CLEAREST intra-oral shots. It definitely helps BIG time on your treatment plans.
