Extremely unprofessional and downright condescending! Meloni needs to seek cultural competency training!
We have this agency for our family member. The aide we have is amazing but she is on vacation right now. They sent us a temp aide and she was the rudest person I ever met and very rough. She had quit on the second day of her service. It took a week to find a replacement so she had to stay until the next aide arrived. She would walk around the house saying she hated her job. The agency sent another replacement she is better than the last but Still not as good as our aide, I can’t wait for our aide to return back from vacation
