Home Renovation (floors, walls, bathroom) We are first-time home buyers, and we could not be happier working with Andrei and the Sosna team. Kitchen and Washroom Renovation We were very pleased working with Andrei and his crew! Andrei was always available to communicate by phone, texting or email. I felt like the entire crew were trustworthy and reliable. When unexpected things came up, I liked how he always gave us 2 options (less costly and more costly) to fix the problem. If and when we need to do future renovations, I will definitely use them again. Keep up the excellent work!
Bedroom addition This was a very good renovation experience. Andrei and his team were punctual, professional, and provided quality workmanship. The project finished ahead of time and met our budget and all our expectations.
Kitchen Reno Andrei and his team were amazing at keeping the work space tidy after every shift. He came in exactly on time and and on budget. His recommendations to deal with unforeseen situations were both cost effective and very aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend Andrei and his company to anybody looking to avoid all of the horror stories we hear about in the news when it comes to contractors.
Main floor renovation Outstanding company to work with. Andrei and his team did a complete main floor renovation including staircase to upstairs. Internal Commercial Renovation Andrei was very reliable, professional and willing to accept changes to the original scope of the work on the fly. Any of his estimates (time line wise or financial) were always accurate and he was very honest and upfront with any concerns during the project.
