Been a customer with SOSA tires for a very long time now, never been let down always get great customer service! My entire family goes there for their great deals on such good tires (almost new). I live like 2 blocks from SOSAS and SALINAS but I rather stick with SOSA for repairs or to buy tires.
This company refuses to guarantee there shoddy work and also demonstrate very poor customer service to the extend of being rude. Two months ago I stopped by to have a nail pulled out of my tire. They repaired the tire by putting in a plug. I recently noticed that the tire had a slow leak. I took it to Firestone and was told that the plug that Sosa's placed in my tire was leaking air slowly.
