I recently had to have a hot water heater replaced. Before signing the contract for the work all of my questions were answered and I was secure in the choice I was making. On the day of installation Tim arrived right on time and prepared for the removal of the old unit. Mike arrived shortly after and they moved the new unit in and Mike proceeded with the installation. We had an appointment on 11/24/14 scheduled for 1:00. To my surprise, Tim is in my driveway at 12;47. I knew at that moment this service call was going to be a great experience.
