I spoke to Carmen today looking for some help in straightening out a service call. The snafu was NOT the fault of SOS Xtreme Comfort, but rather the gated community where I live. She quickly and pleasantly went the extra mile to get Kevin, the service tech to come out again tomorrow, even if I wasn't originally on his schedule. Kudos to Carmen and Kevin for arranging to get this done. SOS Xtreme Comfort is the best!!
SOS Xtreme Comfort continues to impress whether it is their efficient & knowledgeable service techs or caring management and office staff. Today I spoke with Carmen from customer service who was extremely pleasant, professional, & efficient in helping me with my need in calling.

Information on both oil and propane levels on a house was needed quickly for a closing the following day. I thought I had left a message for Carmen a few days in advance - however, it appears I failed to save the message so it wasn't received. I called back the day before the closing and additional information on the propane tanks was also required. Despite the ridiculous timing all required information was provided that day. Carmen thanks so much -great job.
