I hired this carpet cleaning company expecting a professional job, but the results were underwhelming. The technician seemed disinterested and rushed through the process. Several stains were still visible after they left, and the carpet felt damp for days. I called to express my concerns, but the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. For the price, I expected much better. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.
