I just had my sofa cleaned by Brett of Zerorez, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results or more impressed with Brett himself. He was personable, professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough in addition to being extremely responsive. My sofa looks as good as new. The cleaning process was efficient and didn't take long, which was a pleasant surprise. I also appreciated their use of eco-friendly products, which is a big plus for me considering I have 2 dogs. Loved the service and attention to detail. We have some horrible stains on our stairs and they were left like brand new. Communication was great. . We requested an appt for the following day and he made sure to add us to the schedule last minute. Once the service was completed everything was picked up and no mess was left behind. So happy to have found this company. Thank you!
Brett arrived on time, very pleasant and polite, cleaned area rug and leather couch… did a great job, looks amazing, reasonably priced, highly recommend

Had an amazing experience! Great customer service, they responded to a text on Sunday and were out at my house first thing Tuesdays morning to clean my car! Love that as per my request they used no solution and just high steam to get my 18 year old family car spotless!
