I had a great experience with SOS Facility. James was very informative, helpful, and communicative throughout the process. He was actually the only person who responded when I reached out to several different programs, which I really appreciated. John was a great instructor as well. The class was very convenient with my work schedule, and I liked that John was very straight to the point and kept everything clear and easy to understand.
