Margaret, the Founder and Owner, was always available at a moment's notice when my sister fell (we needed more help) and other incidences requiring extra help - even late at night. I'm a caregiver for both of my parents. SOS has been a lifesaver for me. I know when I can't be with them, they are in good hands surrounded by caring people. Because we have caregivers, my parents can stay together in the same space for as long as possible. The staff is amazing and very professional.
