The service was great and they came right on time to fix the septic drainage issues! Also gave the insight and suggested who to reach out to get it permanently resolved!
We have found our new go-to company for our septic tank needs. The heavy rains caused our tanks to fill with water, and our pump got overwhelmed. Naturally, this happened at 10 PM on a Friday night. I got a response within 15 minutes, I spoke to Pat on Saturday morning to discuss next steps and get some much-needed reassurance, and the problem was fixed Monday. I am sincerely grateful for Pat's knowledge and expertise, and the kindness I received from the whole family.
Thanksgiving Eve is when my tank backed up. Pat was there at 10:00 AM Thanksgiving Day to pump my tank and release the grease clog that was in the pipe. Outstanding service and prices.I can't say enough good about the professionalism and customer service this company provided!
Our septic pump went out and backed up the sewer main. We repaired the pump and I felt like a superhero. With great effort we went to unclog the backup but failed badly.
