This was a fast, smooth and very positive experience with this business. One of the things on our to-do list before we list our home for sale was to get the septic pumped and inspected. We called just two days ago and they came out today to do the job. Dave was in and out within the two hour window they gave us when we scheduled and the cost was cheaper than most quotes I got from other local companies. Thank you Dave and Sultan Pumper!
I spoke with Keith to get a second opinion about some work another company insisted I do (for $4,000!!!). Keith explained how all of that was unnecessary, I didn’t need to spend another dollar until my next pumping, and took so much time on the phone to explain to me what is and isn’t necessary work, and how many local septic companies scam thousands out of unknowing people. One of their trucks was leaking sewage on the highway - when I yelled at the driver and let him know he just laughed and kept driving. When I called their number nobody answered. I'd choose a more professional company.
Canceled my first appointment because the truck broke down. I hear that's the excuse they use when they over book or run behind schedule. I had to reschedule. I do not like the dishonesty. When I asked for a discount they took $20 off the $750 Invoice.
