I just had our tank pumped out and the guys did a great job. Robert and Todd were the technicians and I can’t say enough good things about them and their professionalism. In reference to the office, people who organized the clean out, they were very hospitable, and actually got, the technicians here about an hour after I called them I guess it was my lucky day. Thank you, SOS.<br /> <br /> <br />
Second time I’ve used their service. First time they poked a hole in my irrigation line. They repaired it but my service was interrupted. This time we were eating lunch and saw one of the guys poking around the front yard. Rushed out to stop him but evidently was too late. Today one zone wasn’t working again. Called and got the answering service. Will call back tomorrow when they are open.<br />
Have used SOS Septic several times over the years & they have always done a complete & top-notch job. Today, Dennis & Brandon were great! Repaired problem in record time.
Called on a Tuesday after a slight internal home emergency involving water. They were able to come out the next day and gave a time window of 1-3 but actually made it earlier, around noon which worked out well for me. The sooner, the better. The tech. pumped our tank for us and used a suction device/method to try and resolve an issue with the second bath which is farthest from the tank. I needed an emergency septic tank pump at 8:30pm tonight. SOS answered the phone promptly. Nice lady who answered the phone said once a technician was in route she would call me back. Within a few minutes I get a call back. Tech was at my house within 20mins. Tech was super friendly and got the job done. He made sure I was completely satisfied. Awesome work! I would highly recommend SOS for your septic needs. Thank you very much!
