We lost our remote, went and picked up a new one at the office, they said it had to be programmed and they would call. Well three calls back to their office nothing done now it’s the weekend they are closed . Will call again Monday morning if no response we will find another company Monday . paid 65.00 for the remote. The owner of the company called addressed the problem and took the time to correct the problem that’s the kind of company that you want 5 star.
I've been with SOS Security Systems since 1998 I believe. Best company would never change service.
