Once the owner of the company, Russ, offered to sell our camper for us, the problems began. Lines of communication were not open the entire time in working together - it was like pulling teeth to get any type of update. I would never recommend anyone work with them period, especially to sell an RV. It took us four months after Russ shared the camper was sold (Sept 21st 2023) to actually receive our money (Jan 31st 2024) and even then it came with a quid pro quo demand and gag order - and still we have yet to received the lic... read more
Russ, the owner of the company, completely ghosted on me and my husband after he offered to sell our camper. That was back in March 2023. I received a voicemail letting me know in Sept 2023 the camper has been sold, yet still to this day (1/18/24) have NO money from the sale, he did not return the license plate that was attach the camper, and I have NO IDEA where the camper is. The last time I spoke to Russ in Nov 2023 he has the audacity to gaslight me and say I was "really annoying him by calling so much for my money". Sin... read more
Run. Run as fast and as far as you can. I strongly recommend that you in no way get involved in any sort of business transaction with this so called business. The owner Russ is the absolute epitome of a bad used car salesman. He makes every effort to promise you that he has intergrety, and is an honest man. Originally paid for a pre purchase inspection. The inspection stated no issues and was to be very in depth. Then we paid for a slide floor repair, and were assured that warranty on the repair if needed wouldnt be a problem with is living in Canada. The repair is in terrible need to be warrantied upon the unit showing up. Numerous items that were deemed ok in the inspection were not checked. Items were removed from our unit while in their care.
