Last summer in August, I met Jed from SOS, a roofing company. Jed, whom I met, gave me a really good experience of completely replacing my house roof at a realistic roof replacement cost. We have an odd roof and it took months for us to choose the right company for the job. Jed's team did a marvelous job. The roof was done exceptionally well as was the trim which is particular in that it is curved and bowed. The job was completed diligently. Good time management and communication throughout with a fair price.
We have an odd roof and it took months for us to choose the right company for the job. Jed's team did a marvelous job. Jed installed a new roof in September 2022 to our complete satisfaction; but our contract included small repairs to our gutters and downspouts. He never did that work. After repeated phone calls and an email months later, he said he would take care of it, but then I have not heard back from him. It appears that I will have to hire someone else and pay an additional sum to have this work done--work that Jed and SOS had agreed to do as part of their contract with me.
I had an amazing experience with SOS Roofing & Construction Inc. I reached out to Jed, the owner, for a full roof replacement. Jed and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable & passionate in their line of work. His team was quick, neat and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.
