Very unsatisfied with their billing department. If you go there, stay on top of your paperwork. Received a bill from almost five years ago and they said it’s my fault I didn’t receive it. Seriously?
RecommendedI must say the staff here are the best . My first 12 weeks with Carlie as my Physical therapist met all my expectations. My next and last 12 weeks with Amanda as my Occupational therapist help me reach my goals and prepared me to go back to work and regain most of my strength in my left arm. So far I have been very impressed with Southeastern Orthopedic Specialist and Dr Wainer and his staff. Appointments are kepted in a timely manner, everyone is very nice and professional. I need a partial knee replacement. Dr. Wainer came highly recommended!
Had a great experience here at the urgent care over the weekend with my 5 year old who broke her ankle. Very quick and great service.
Went here for six months after my 1st surgery looking forward to coming back for my second one as well .see you guys soon .
I had partial knee replacement a week before Thanksgiving 2017. Dr. Landau did an awesome job with the surgery and the folks at the physical therapy office have been excellent! Because of them I am almost fully recovered and should be able to return to full duty at work earlier than projected. The front office staff are always pleasant and professional and the PTs do a great job of varying the therapy and challenging the patients to get better.
