Elijah arrived right at the time he said he would. He was totally professional, and yet personable at the Same time. I like to stay and watch things being done and he explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it and what should be expected. I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Mike (plumber) and Elijah (furnace) were both super helpful. Mike fixed a few small (expensive) problems that could have really caused us much bigger (way more expensive) problems down the road. Honest, friendly, and timely. Great communication as far as when they were coming and excellent follow-up. If this sounds like what you want and need then give them a try! Fixed everything and super honest.

Satisfied and grateful customer here! So many great qualities from start to finish about SOS team that 5 stars doesn’t do its justice. We hired SOS to do 3 separated jobs at our separated level duplex. Shout out to Scott (sale), Kolbe, Brandon, (HVAC) Jaren (sale), Brian, Eddy and Joe (plumbing), you guys are AWESOME!! Colby and Mason did the install of my new furnace and they were fantastic. Very informative very clean very friendly! Cory did the maintenance check and found a part that may need replacement. He explained it clearly and didn’t pressure me at all to do the repair. We did the part and he was fantastic! Really appreciate S.O.S. Heating and cooling
