Mike came out, listened to the issues we had been having… and explained what may be causing them and suggested good first steps. He inspected our plumbing, ran a pressure test, and then updated the parts that were problematic. He then showed all of his work to us and kindly explained what the work he did accomplished for us. He was polite, courteous and a stand-up employee! We hope to see him again if the need arises!

AC went out on a Friday in 100+ degree temperatures. I was quickly able to get an appointment on the weekend, and had my AC up and running by noon the next day. The technician (Jake) who provided the service was kind, respectful and answered all my questions. Based on the service received I will continue to use SOS in the future!

Thank you so much for coming to my rescue when my air conditioner decided to blow warm air. After calling several places that were booked out for days, SOS took care of me that day! Jake was kind enough to fit me in after hours and did a fantastic job trouble shooting and getting me by until the next day. Jake and his fellow worker, who is also named Jake, completed the work. They did a great job along with leaving my place clean and cool again! Thank You!!
