I don't recommend. The hiring process and onboarding online paperwork is really a pain.
Just got hired. Lied and withheld information on the salary throughout the hiring process. NO BENEFITS NO PAY RATE NEGOTIATIONS. Finally speaks with a supervisor after obtaining my private information through falsehoods. The manager says he trained them himself, your s.o.l so either take the job or leave it when confronted of his employees poor training. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM. EXTEREMLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL.
This company is the BIGGEST SCAM. Yes they do train you to become a paraprofessional but not only do the people who call you after you fill out the application and do the interview not know what they're talking about. They don't want to pay you what they're supposed to pay you. I got hired in October and it wasn't until February that I started because I was given wrong info. They Built me a Handicap Ramp. After having 2 other Companies Refuse. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a Handicap Ramp. The Installers did a Great job.
