My absolute Favorite Go too Beauty Depot, the owner & her family are the sweetest, excellent service, and she very detailed about her merchandise I give 5 stars hands down!

I only gave it a star because I had to. But they don’t deserve any. I went there on November 22 . Me and my kids walked in, they aren’t friendly, the boy was on his phone with his feet up but then the short lady I guess the owner decided to come from the back when she thought we were trying to steal. I still ended up purchasing a wig and some things for my daughter. I get home and the wig was a mess. I tried to get a store credit since they didn’t give refund. She said No BAD BUSINESS Don’t shop there

I only gave it 1 star because I had to but this place deserves none. This place is horrible. I bought a wig off the mannequin head. At first she the manager didn’t want to take anything off. Then I get off and the lace is all falling off the wig. I came back to ask for a store credit and she talking about No. Then her son in the store working for her talking about he just here and don’t have time for this. If you know better don’t ever go there

Went for the first time today, although it is right by me. I figured they didn’t have much stuff, but they had just what I needed when I was in a rush. The lady was very nice, too. Store was clean and organized. I’ll be back for more items I’m sure.
