Amazing customer service amazing custom designed jewelry the attention to detail 100%
I rarely write reviews, but this one needed to be written. I brought in my gold chain to be repaired after it broke. I was told it would be fixed and look brand new for $60, so I agreed. When I came to pick it up, I was shocked. The repair was terribly done — they used silver solder on a gold chain, completely ruining it. Now I have to pay another jeweler to fix their mistake. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Do not get your jewelry repaired here. I wish I could give negative stars.
