Excellent products horrible customer service. Sales people do not respond to emails. Went through hoops to order $3000 worth of product 4 years ago, was hoping to add on. After initial quotation was made, sales can't be bothered to follow up.
The company won’t honor the warranty for their partition. After paying an exaggerated price of almost $1400 it got a crack in less then 2 weeks of normal use. I called the authorized shop where I had it installed and they contacted the manufacturer, and they simply refuse to change it because they don’t feel like is their fault. The warranty states they cover for 3 years of normal use, but that is not true. Be AWARE. Update: they finally decided to change my partition after a couple months of dealing with them. Thank you.
