Initially hired them in January to move air conditioning unit, install outdoor plugs and earth connection in preparation for pool being installed. I provided details of pump/heater etc being installed, including ampage. They completed the job on the day (or so I thought) and left. I later went into bedroom to find they had come through the ceiling and neglected to tell me. I had to chase them up for months to come and patch it up.
