I ordered bolognese ricotoni it was so hot I couldn't eat for a few minutes after I mixed it up that's when i saw it wad a bowl of oil so I sent it back to kitchen and the chef said we will not fix it or take it off the bill I didn't even eat wow great customer service.
The Casino smell cigarettes all over. I had a bad experience.
Sorrisi is a relaxing, friendly and well managed restaurant. Greeter is welcoming. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Makaila is an excellent listener and makes great recommendations. She insures that when using your Seminole card your ID is checked. Corey Fried, the manager, is very visible & checks that every table is satisfied. This place is suppose to close at 10pm so I get there at 9:45 and nobody bothered to come over and ask me if I wanted anything, so at 10:05 someone finally comes over and asks how I am doing,when I tried to order they say the kitchen is closed,then the bartender says I walked in with a beer.no body in here wants to work,if you want to eat something you should get in here by 9pm and hopefully someone will come over and take your order.a one star for service here is pretty generous.
Had a family dinner at Sorrisi last week and I have to say that it was a very enjoyable experience. They accommodated my 18 month old granddaughter beautifully and I have to say the food was delicious. Our waitress was attentive and knowledgeable, she gave great advice on menu items, and recommended a great dessert. The restaurant manager (Corey Fried) stopped by our table twice to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with everything. All in all, I would recommend for families in search of a delicious Sunday dinner.
