I can't believe how terrible the service was! We waited 1 hour and six minutes before our salads even hit the table. No one getting beer. It was so bad.
Wish the guy that took my order over the phone would have been the one to serve me when I came to pick it up... I show up early every time I order to enjoy a drink, and I tip 20% on take out, this girl was lucky to get the 10 she got. To the girl who dealt with me; Learn to pour a drink, stop relaying suspect messages to kitchen staff from their boys, and realize regardless of my appearance I bust my ass to treat my family to your food, my money is as good if not better than the rest of you patrons
Can't say enough about the service and especially the food there, food is excellent and service is just the same! Only placed I'd recommend in the area!!
We were celebrating Valentine's Day a little early and decided to dine at our favorite restaurant, Sorrento's. We ordered an antipasto salad and a super pizza. They both were delicious. We also had very good service as our waitress was attentive to our every need. We would definitely recommend Sorrento's for a great meal!
I am so impressed with Sorrentos customer service! Last night my husband & I ordered takeout that I picked up on my way home from work. When we unpacked the food, the heaviest was on top, and had caused the plastic bottom to splinter. One tiny triangle of plastic was lost somewhere in the food. After digging through it for what seemed like forever, I gave up & called them. I figured they would just give us a credit for next time or offer to remake it if we wanted to come pick it up.
