I enrolled my daughter at this KinderCare location for one month in September 2024, and I would not recommend it. While the front office—especially Alyssa—was professional and helpful, the quality of care in the classroom was disappointing and at times felt neglectful. On multiple occasions when I came to pick up my daughter, she was crying and unattended. Our son attended SVKC from 6 months to almost 2 years. We only changed because of commute issues. He loved his SVKC teachers.
This is our first experience with daycare and it has been fantastic thus far. As first time parents and our son previously home full time, we weren’t sure how this would go. The staff here are so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They are not bothered by questions you may have and always take time to answer them. Our son really seems to like it here and in just a short time already seems to be learning so much. So glad we found this place :)
