My husband and I purchased our home in August 2024. We had the pleasure of working with Shanovia. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We had our eyes on one property but didn't really like the location. She was able to help us get another property for an amazing price, low interest rates, and no back or front neighbors. She also still checks in on us and our son which I love. If you're looking to purchase, I highly recommend working with her.
The sales team and the construction team do not communicate. The construction team is the only reason for the second star. The DR Horton sales representative Lisa, was uncooperative and hostile at times with our realtor. We specifically requested a pre drywall instruction and she did not notify us of when the inspector could come through. She made it seem like the empty field behind us wouldn't be built on anytime soon and claimed to not know who owned it.
