We moved in about a year ago and things were great. We worked with Paige, who was such a ray of sunshine and the quality of service was what convinced us to sign the lease. The floor plan was beautiful, and we have enjoyed our living space. It felt very secure, with gate access that required a scan in or buzz in to the building, which was one of the most important features to us. DO NOT MOVE IN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Been here for a year . Things were great until the over turn of the staff and no communication. My A/C unit was out for 6 days and no one cared to make it a Priority for myself and my kids. Then a day later the AC started to Leak all over my floors into my kitchen and my whole laundry room. Which went on for 5 days with zero care. They did not even care !!!!!!!! Not to mention. All that water went under the floors for days and they did nothing for that either. Unsafe, Poorly Maintained, and Mismanaged — Needs Immediate Corporate Attention! I’ve lived here long enough to see how quickly this property has deteriorated. What was supposed to be a brand-new, secure community now looks 10 years old due to poor maintenance, broken doors, and a lack of enforcement. None of the building's entry or gym doors stay locked, allowing anyone from the street to grab, pull open, and walk in. This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. When I moved in back in February, I documented over 300 photos of problems in the apartment and was told they would be fixed. Six months later it took that long just to get my shower working. The flooring is permanently damaged because maintenance scraped paint off and left dull, ruined spots. The property is supposed to have secure entry, but the gates don’t close automatically. People leave them wide open, slam them, and run up and down the stairwell that bac... read more
