This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. When I moved in back in February, I documented over 300 photos of problems in the apartment and was told they would be fixed. Six months later it took that long just to get my shower working. The flooring is permanently damaged because maintenance scraped paint off and left dull, ruined spots. We moved in two weeks ago to a 3rd floor unit. The complex itself is great, but our upstairs neighbor stomps constantly it’s like living under a gym. My boyfriend and I work from home and the noise is nonstop, often going until 1:30 a.m. and somehow getting even worse in the evening. When I called the office they told me to email a complaint but I haven’t heard anything back. Would be nice if they just talked to those tenants and asked them to be more courteous.
