We moved in two weeks ago to a 3rd floor unit. The complex itself is great, but our upstairs neighbor stomps constantly it’s like living under a gym. My boyfriend and I work from home and the noise is nonstop, often going until 1:30 a.m. and somehow getting even worse in the evening. When I called the office they told me to email a complaint but I haven’t heard anything back. Would be nice if they just talked to those tenants and asked them to be more courteous.
