Verified Renter Overall a good apartment complex but the price is too high for what you get. I’ve lived here 2.5 years now so it’s nice enough to stay, but if the rent price goes up again I will reconsider. The location is great and the floor layout is ideal for me. The office staff are generally helpful and friendly and the few maintenance items I’ve requested are addressed well. Verified Renter Safe and nice apartments. Never have to wprry about noise, my car being broken into etc. Staff is nice and they throw events every month. The sprinkler system is pretty annoying and people don’t pick up their dog poop so 9/10.
