I no longer live here so I'm finally writing a review because I had a VERY bad experience with the management here. I had Domuso autopay set up for my $800 portion of the rent I split with my roommates, but my account was charged $2,417.32 because the autopay thought the rent was late, even though we were within the grace period afforded by Sorrento. I really like sorrento! the Safeway shopping center is across the street and the property is well taken care of and plenty parking compared to other apartments I’ve been to in Davis the maintenance is really nice and good at his job same day service or next day!! Only con is the shared laundry only takes quarters and the machines are old that’s why I give 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have lived at different apartments in Davis and sorrento is my favorite maintenance is the best!! they are very fast and clean! New manager is definitely way better!!
beautiful town house and i loved having our own laundry machines and 2 floors. i like the tucked away location and the convenience of being right across the street from safeway. the room walls within the building are nice and soundproof which is good for room mates. maintenance is also very friendly and very quick. the one thing about the building itself is that there were definitely not enough windows for us or our cats to enjoy it. however, aside from that, i had a lot of issues with this place. first of all, it is EXTREME... read more
1. They don't clean the shared laundry room regularly, if it's dirty, it is on THE RESIDENTS to go to the leasing office and let them know. 2. They straight up lie, look at their panflet, the place DOES NOT have a dog washing station. 3. The maintenance guys are great.
