Sorrento Apts is another FPI Management & Tilden Properties. Like the Avalon, ..... across the street. I have a similar lease agreement in Santa Rosa with no worries. Note that FPI uses the RealPage platform, including the Loft Living app. Sorta liked the application criteria & business process of these market-rate housing. professionals.
i lived here for almost three years. My first unit in here is a 4b2b, and I live on this floor plan for two years. I really like the location of sorrento since it’s close to safeway, bus station, and dog park. However, i thought they will refund me at least half of the money of my deposit, which is $1200. I moved everything out and clean the house. However, they only refunded $150 back. I asked the lady at front desk.
