Sorrento needs to get their shit together! While the apartments look nice they are cheap and not updated like they claim. The floors are a cheap peel and stick vinyl that tears easily. There's roaches that come in through the drains and sinks and you can not get rid of them. Tonight I tried to get a shower to feel refreshed after a long day but the water was boiling and no matter which way I turned the knob there's no such thing as cold water. Updated review: My major gripe when I first moved in was the painfully slow maintenance requests. Through various property managers, that’s been solved. I’ve had some minor gripes about the speed of the requests but overall I’m pleased. Hats off to the maintenance staff. When remains to be fixed is a lackadaisical approach to pest control. I do believe they’re taking my issues seriously now but I’m displeased by their approach to pest control. Place is so garbage. Dog shit everywhere, moved in and the carpets weren’t even clean, maintenance would just nail things in. Management doesn’t know how to do their job. Halfway houses are better than this garbage place. Can’t forget about the homeless people just sleeping around the place. Pools always lookin like a urinal. Laundry rooms that never work. This review is for the MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT ONLY! This is the first apartment that I've ever lived in with a maintenance crew that is unbelievable! It doesn't matter what time I come home, these guys are always cleaning or maintaining something. They pressure wash the pool decks, they clean the BBQ grills, they clean and resurface/paint the tables for our family's. The office always answer their phones from my experience and someone is almost immediately there.
