I just thank god that my dad is finally in a safe place now that will take proper care of him. Now that he’s NOT at Sorrento, he’s finally getting better and making progress! Sorrento was a nightmare. The doctor kept changing his medicine without talking with any family members, including family that is authorized by law to look after his well being. Taking care of my dad and he is very happy and comfortable.
If you love and care about the elders in your family that need care DO NOT check them in to this facility. It is the most unprofessional and disgusting nursing home. They do not give the appropriate care for their patients. My grandmother had been staying here for an extended amount of time and unfortunately she has been robbed of her jewellery HER WEDDING RINGS along with my aunt losing $200 straight from her purse. Fuck this place fuck the staff fuck the managers running this mother fucking facility
