We had an electrical short in our breakerbox and within 30 minutes of submitting a ticket and calling the wrong extension and Shon still showed up! He was able to fix the issue quickly!

Terrible maintenance , terrible property manger, absolute dreadful leasing office staff wouldn’t recommend to anyone can’t want until this lease is up, over charging for terrible services just a bad place to live for you and your family. Can’t believe the courtland apartments chose to sell to these people this is ridiculous
This place is wonderful all the staff are very helpful and the maintenance staff respond very quickly about any and everything that may be needed. They make you feel at home here. The game room and gym is always open and quiet. All in all I’m happy to call Avalon perimeter park my home.
