We put in a maintenance request on Monday because our washing machine was making a loud noise during the spin cycle. Ruben quickly identified the issue and arranged for a replacement. By Wednesday, Shon and Avante had installed the new washer, tested it by running a cycle, and made sure everything was working perfectly. They were friendly, efficient, and such a great help throughout the process. Really appreciate the quick turnaround and excellent service from the whole maintenance team!
I am still very new to the property not even two weeks in yet, so this is my initial review and I hope with time nothing changes and it only get's better. I love my apartment, super spacious super cozy, and I love where my apartment is located on the premises. Love the area and enjoy living here! I'm a resident here and I recently had an issue with my AC unit which was not blowing out cold air and I put in a work order through the resident app and Shon answered almost immediately. He came by my apartment and fixed my unit right away. It only took him 5 minutes to do everything and he explained to me what was going on and he did it in a way that I could understand (I have no knowledge of AC units or how they work) which I truly appreciated.
