I have to agree with a lot of the posts that since we’ve had new management come in there has been a lot of positive changes things are looking better and yes management listens when you talk to them. It is not easy with many people coming at them with complaints about this that noise dogs smoking on and on and on but you gotta do the best you can to please everyone and that is not easy. We’ve lived here for going on 3 years, and while at first I was frustrated with the chronic construction happening, I feel heard by the management and understand improvements and maintenance are needed. Our rent is more affordable than when we first moved in under Cortland, and we’ve always had our maintenance requests responded to same-day. Has problem with water pipe and flood problems year after year. No fix in sight. The management cannot do anything but says they're trying. Do not move here if you want your sanity. I'm looking to get out of my lease if anyone wants to deal with this farce. Finally got a breakthrough with repair people digging up and repairing the block pipe. Surprising turn around after the struggles.
