The apartments are really luxurious when compared to others. The amenities are great. And the staff is really nice and knowledgeable. Michele bent over backwards showing the units and answering questions.
Michele was amazing throughout the entire process, from giving a great tour to welcoming me to Sorrel. Could not recommend her enough!
These apartments are terrible , read your lease thoroughly they charged me 414 after move out stating it’s a cleaning fee but before that they charged me 1,000+ dollars saying I had fleas, I repeatedly told them it was an error and they had the wrong apartment never owned animals . Instead of listening to me they went back and forth with me asking me dumb questions like “did someone visit you with a pet”.They also stated I had 31 days to pay them but constantly sending me notices every week about the amount due and now they’... read more
