Never treated with respect by MD or office
Unpleasant experience with MD and office staff. Can not recommend.
Horrible treatment. Lacked compassion, non responsive, office staff rude
Still waiting for Dr Sorroko to follow up. Our experience with this MD has been POOR. Can not give more than 1 star for her or the office staff.
MD never followed up with post discharge lab results she requested to be done. She miscommunicated important info to my primary MD. The office staff left me and my caregivers distressed. I did not believe they were interested in helping me or my family. My experience with this service was very very disappointing.
The patient and family never received updates on an infection this MD treated. Not certain if the infection she treated was gone, the MD and office staff has been non responsive to calls. Still waiting.
We are still not being served with quality, empathy or even civil medical care by this MD or her staff ,even after discharge from the hospital I could not recommend this physician or commend her office staff as nothing about the experience xperience was redeeming. The patient, after enduring a long serious illness, felt very disrespected, family ignored and disrespected as well. We have concluded this MD and her staff are providers we hope to never encounter again.
I could not recommend this MD to anyone. The MD treated a family member. The patient and the family were left feeling disrespected, ignored and bullied by this physician. The same goes for our experience with office staff. We were offended by condescending responses and distressed by their lack of empathy and willingness to help.
Stay away!
